Development blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this new image release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and contains a notes section labelling various sections of the estate.
Accompanying this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.
More documentation released as part of the ongoing congressional release.
